Our Kodawari Chicken Eggs have Astaxanthin and Prebiotic imported from Japan where we mixed the Astaxanthin and Prebiotic into their feed daily. 

Astaxanthin is a natural form of carotenoid found in microalgae and yeast. Wild salmon and trout consume algae and yeast grown naturally on the river bank. It is what made the fishes flesh orange-red in color. Our Kodawari Chicken Eggs yolk is red-orange in color because it has Astaxanthin which is also known for its antioxidant properties, and is said to have many health benefits.
